Stop Wrestling With Single IR Tubes
If you’ve ever bought single infrared lamps, you know the drill. Your assembly team gets stuck doing all the heavy lifting—bending tubes, messing with connectors, and building mounting frames from scratch. It’s a lot of manual work that usually ends in a headache. We decided to fix that. Instead of sending you a pile of parts, we build integrated, curved heating modules. Basically, they’re plug-and-play. You just drop them into your production line and get moving.
Why a module just makes more sense
Think about it. A single lamp is just a part, but a module is a finished tool. When we build these curved assemblies, we handle all the tricky geometry for you. Whether you’re working with PET preforms or glass vessels, we make sure the heat actually hits where it’s supposed to. We lock the lamps into a rigid frame and pre-wire everything. No more guessing on the shop floor. No more “close enough.”
The technical side of things
Now, there’s a trade-off. Putting multiple lamps into one module cranks up the heat density. That’s great for your cycle times—things move faster—but it does put more pressure on your electrical panel. You’ll want to double-check your power supply to make sure it can handle the combined amperage. You don’t want to be tripping breakers in the middle of a shift. To make your life easier, we align the wiring and connectors so you aren’t fighting a nest of cables during the install.
Less sweat, less downtime
The whole point here is to kill “field fitting.” Instead of having a technician spend half a day squinting and aligning individual tubes, you just bolt the module in and wire it up. It’s fast. Really fast. Plus, you stop worrying about accidentally snapping a tube during a clunky manual installation. And if a section eventually goes out? You just swap the module or the specific lamp in the frame. You don’t have to tear down the entire heating zone. You save a ton of man-hours and, more importantly, your machines spend more time running and less time being tinkered with.
